The Robinson family have been owners since 2005.
Pete Robinson - Executive Chef
Born in Macclesfield, Pete started washing up at the age of 12 at Mottram Hall in Cheshire. Since then he has worked in a number of top-class restaurants including Oliver Peyton’s Atlantic Bar & Grill (London), Hotel Tresanton (Cornwall) and he was Head Chef at Bibendum (London).
He loves Manchester United, rugby and Louise. He hates bananas and avocados.
Louise Robinson - Restaurant Manager
Born in London, Louise was always destined to have a career in the hospitality industry. From living over a pub with her parents and attending Carlsberg House at LVS Ascot, she ran her mother’s pub from the age of 18 and loved it so much she has been running restaurants ever since.
She loves rosé, rosé and rosé. She hates not having a glass of rosé at the end of a busy shift.
They met at Louise’s pub in London and the rest, they say, is history!
Millie Robinson - Front of House
Born in Paddington, Millie is the eldest child of Pete and Louise. She works front of house in the restaurant (as if she had a choice!)
Barney Robinson - Quality Controller
Born in Cheltenham, he loves eating at The Old Butchers. His favourite foods are fillet steak and raspberry sorbet.
