The Old Butchers menu is designed with a nose-to-tail ethos in mind. That is, any part of the animal/plant that can be used will be used to create gourmet meals while ensuring minimal wastage.

Although the restaurant is called The Old Butchers, the menu predominantly specialises in seafood. However, it is designed to suit all tastes and with notice, we can cater for dietary requirements.

Our menu changes daily as we buy produce fresh and often need to work around suppliers, particularly when it comes to seafood and other limited-supply produce.
